Basically, qigong aims to balance the systems of the body including the internal organs, nervous system, circulatory system, immune system, bones, and muscles. The movements are simple and easy to follow through sequenced forms. There are a variety of different forms, targeting different imbalances and disease in the body. This is a mindful practice causing harmony with the mental, physical and emotional centers inside of us.
